Sally J. Hines

Sally J. Hines, 60, of Milan, Illinois, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2026, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, Illinois.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. Memorials may be made to the family.

The former Sally Jean Dickinson was born January 31, 1966, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the daughter of Roger and Ilse (Klotz) Dickinson. She married the love of her life, Ronald Hines, on September 16, 1996, in Coyne Center, Illinois.

She worked for Sentry Pool for over 25 years. She loved flowers and gardening, being outdoors, and motorcycles. Above all else, family was the most important thing to Sally. Nothing brought her more joy then spending time with her husband, daughter, and her pride and joy, grandchildren Ryan and Lily.

Sally is survived by her husband, Ron; her daughter, Brittney Dickinson of Rock Island; two grandchildren, Ryan Hearn and Lily Dickinson; and siblings, Roger Dickinson, Shirley Sparks, Brenda Woodruff and Elke Clarke.
