Roberta L. Neese

Roberta L. Neese, 57, of Davenport, Iowa, died Wednesday, July 16, at her residence.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established.

Roberta Lynn Neese was born May 29, 1968, in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Robert Neese and Alberta Gullion. She found a lifelong partner in Stephen Ulman, and the two shared a bond filled with love, laughter, and unwavering companionship.

Aunt Bobbi’s life was rooted in love for her family, her friends, and the little joys that made her smile. One of those joys was her passion for Pokémon Go, which became more than just a game. She was often heard shouting, “You’re going too fast!” or asking, “Can we go around again?” as her family eagerly drove her from PokéStop to PokéStop. Those simple drives turned into cherished moments together.

Aunt Bobbi is survived by her beloved partner, Stephen Ulman; children, Nathan Neese, Alexandra (Daryl) Guinn, Cheyann (Malakia Roseman) Ulman, and Octavio Caldiron; grandchildren, Lillie, Kati, Nikki, Alex (Taylor), and Anthony Guinn; great-grandson, Alex Lee Guinn Jr.; siblings, Harold Bonnell, and Frances; and nephew, Jason Gullion. She was preceded in death by parents and siblings, Daniel Gullion, Edward Gullion, and Rodney Gullion.
