Madge Hobart

Madge Hobart, 86, of Rock Island, Illinois, died Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Generations of Rock Island.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

The former Madge Drovesky was born September 29, 1935, in Rock Island, the daughter of Theodore and Madeleine (Lundy) Drovesky. She married Ronald Hobart and the couple separated prior to his death in 1995.

She worked for the, Rock Island Abstract, Quad City Title Search, and HB Wilkenson. She enjoyed going to the casino and watching movies.

Madge is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Deneen Hobart of Rock Island, and Boomer the dog. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Claudine Hurlbutt; and brothers, Claude, Walter and William Drovesky.
