Lisa A. Foster, 56, of Rock Island, Illinois, passed Thursday, July 30, 2026, at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Rock Island.
Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.
Lisa Ann Foster was born on June 24, 1970, in Moline, Illinois, the daughter of James and Betty (Arday) Foster. She graduated from Rock Island High School with the Class of 1988.
She had a fun-loving spirit and wasn't afraid to express herself. She enjoyed riding her bike, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, experimenting with bold hair colors, and spending time with her beloved cat, Hawkeye.
Lisa is survived by her mother, Betty Dempsey of Rock Island, Illinois; sisters, Angela (Vincent) Nichols of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Andrea Foster of Rock Island, Illinois, Laurie Lister of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Jamie (Tony) Stevens of DeWitt, Iowa, and Melissa Burch of Davenport, Iowa; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, James Foster.
