Kurt W. Hurst

Kurt W. Hurst, 60, of Rock Island, Illinois, died Wednesday, October 27, 2021, peacefully at home.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

Kurt Wayne Hurst was born December 21st, 1960, in Moline, the son of Larry and Donna Hurst.

He enjoyed spending time with his daughter and many friends from Les & Molly's bar. He liked watching the Chicago Cubs, Bears, Nascar, and golf. Kurt was a jack of all trades who always did his best to help out a friend.

Kurt is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Brittany and Matthew Benda of North Liberty, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Kevin Hurst, and his sister Candace Hurst-Arends.
