Karen S. Staats

Karen was born and raised in the sand of the Muscatine Island. She loved this area and moved away just a short time for work. She loved her family and friends. She worked hard and was enjoying being retired from The University of Iowa.

She is survived by her daughter, Kelly Helm, husband Steve; son, Troy Staats, fiance Donna; her beloved grandchildren, Savanna, Shay, Isabella and Trey; and great-grandchildren, Addelyn, Brenya and Nicholas.
