Jamie S. Battin

Jamie S. Battin, 55, of Rock Island, Illinois, passed away Friday, April 17, 2026, at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Muscatine, Muscatine, Iowa.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

Jamie Stevens Battin was born March 3, 1971, in Austin, Minnesota, the son of Donald and Barbara (Allen) Battin. He was a mechanic by trade.

Jamie enjoyed drinking, listening to music (especially Tupac), and watching movies with family. He will be remembered as a jokester who loved messing with people.

He is survived by eight siblings, Jody (Brian) Williamson, Brenda (Gary) Voss, Wendy Houff, Melody (Terry) Hawkins, Jennifer Smith, Donald (Joanie) Battin, Bryan Battin, and his twin, Jeffrey Battin. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Brown; his father, Donald Battin; and siblings, Greg Allen, Michael, Chris and David Battin, and Carol Taylor.
