Deshon L. Collins

DeShon L. Collins, 42, of Davenport, Iowa, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at home.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to his sons.

DeShon Lamar Collins was born October 13, 1979, in Chicago, Illinois, to Rochitta Collins and Bruce E. Smith.

DeShon is survived by his two sons, DeShon K. Collins of Davenport, Iowa, and Camarion Lard of Minneapolis, Minnesota; his mother, Rochitta Allbritton of Champaign, Illinois; two sisters, Melica Collins and Schenda (Carl) Allbritton, both of Champaign; and a brother, Timothy E. Collins. He was preceded in death by his granparents and uncles.
