Cheryl A. Walton

Cheryl A. Walton, 65, of Rock Island, Illinois, died Saturday, April 17, 2021, at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Rock Island.

Graveside services will be announced in the near future. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

The former Cheryl Ann Combs was born February 19, 1956, in Louisiana, Missouri, the daughter of Saul and Shirley (Wommack) Combs. She married Freddie Walton on June 4, 2004, in Rock Island.

Cheryl is survived by her beloved husband, Freddie; siblings, Michelle Combs and Diane Combs, both of Rock Island, Saul Delbert (Miranda) Combs Jr. of Davenport, and Sterling (Signe) Combs of East Moline; several nieces and nephews including her Godson, Davon Combs; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
