James Burton

James R. Burton, 57, of Davenport, Iowa, died Tuesday, July 29, 2020, at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Iowa City.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

James Raymond Burton was born November 17, 1962, in Davenport, the son of Paul and Elsie (Wilcox) Burton. He worked at the Kwik Shop in Davenport.

Jim is survived by two children, Jared and Kayla Burton, both of Davenport; three sisters; and four brothers. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
